2- We will review the information, create a booking and send you a confirmation over email within 1 hour

 

Dispatching your Chauffeur

1- About 6 hours before the ride, we will send you the pre-assigned driver info.

2- Driver on the way: Our system will notify you via email and with a text to the passenger “Driver Status EN ROUTE”.

3-Driver Arrives: Again we will email you and text the passenger with status “At Location”

            • The driver will send a personalized text to the passenger with detailed pick up instructions:
                      • At Home / Office: exact standing location in case parking it is not available at the front.
                      • Airport Curbside: instructions to coordinate pick up outside the terminal. (Name Board on windshield)
                      • Airport Meet & Greet: Chauffeur meeting point inside the terminal. (Will Wait with Sign)
            • Waiting At Location:
                      • 15 minutes is the free Grace Period for departures, 30 Minutes for Domestic arrivals, 60 Minutes for International Arrivals.
                      • Waiting Time: The driver is guaranteed to wait after the grace period ends for an additional 15 Minutes (Business Class) or 45 Minutes on  Executive Class.

 

NOTE: To avoid unnecessary No-Shows, Before dismissing your driver, we will make 3 attempts to contact the passenger and the booker

 

4-Passenger On Board: Our System will send the booker an email with the status “Passenger On Board”.

5-Reach Destination: If requested on communication preferences, our system will send the booker email with this status. The Driver will perform a courtesy quick search for any missing items.

Billing

It takes about 1 business day to finalize billing and charge your credit card, if for any reason you need to speed up this process contact billing department at 1-800-462-1550 x3.
