Cesar is a principal of Meridian Limo LLC, a Delaware-based Transportation Network Company.
Mr. Tedesco has been actively running Meridian Limo since 2010. Before founding Meridian Limo LLC, in 1994 Mr. Tedesco served in the banking industry at Banco Santander as a customer service representative and later as a credit officer, then in 1998 open a restaurant in Buenos Aires, and in 2001 moved to New York and opened a restaurant in the Riverdale area of the Bronx, providing catering service for the pharmaceutical industry.
With his years of experience in different services areas (Transportation, Banking, and Hospitality) he discovers his real passion “the limousine business”. Since 2010 his goal was to provide the ground transportation experience for business travelers, executives, and VIPs.
Mr. Tedesco studied Business Administration at the University of Buenos Aires.
Primary Job Responsibilities
Manage the day-to-day operation of Meridian Limo and establish company procedures to use resources most efficiently, promote services, provide outstanding member service, and achieve the goals of the Meridian Limo.
Develop, recommend, and implement policies and procedures.
Analyze workflow continuously and make changes to improve efficiency and reduce cost.
Ensure that Meridan Limo complies with the Local laws and regulations set forth by the DOT and other State and Federal regulatory agencies.
Recruit and select qualified applicants for management vacancies, ensuring that Meridian Limo is adequately staffed with competent employees.
Supervise a budget that is consistent with the strategic plan.
Evaluate the job performance of management to ensure quality service to customers.
Conduct management meetings regularly to ensure the dissemination of information, exchange of ideas, resolution of problems, discussion of trends, etc. Ensure that information is communicated throughout Meridian Limo.
Ensure adequate equipment, supplies are available.
Conduct business development activities to promote growth and development. Build positive relationships with affiliates, and with appropriate trade associations and organizations.
Provide direction to the Board of the business.
Plan and oversee the employee, affiliate, and independent operator benefits program, balancing internal demands, equity in the marketplace, and costs.
Manage security and safety for Meridian Limo, with the responsibility to analyze security and safety policies and procedures, and to alert staff of any changes promptly.
Respond to members’ requests, problems, and complaints, resolving issues, and/or directing them to the appropriate person for specific information and assistance.
Represent and promote Meridian Limo.
Perform duties of Assistant Manager when necessary.
As management personnel, be knowledgeable of all operations and be willing to assist in whatever capacity needed.
Follow all Meridian Limo policies and procedures.
Other duties as assigned by the board.
